An ecc-SEED-ingly fun day

Over 20 adults and children turned out for a warm and sunny morning of planting seeds at the first part of our Seed-to-Table Workshop series.

What was planted? Shallots, tomatoes, tatsoi, spinach, peppers, zucchini, basil, jalapenos, kholrabi, onions, chard, celery, lettuce, choy, and more!
